Refund Policy

Transparency regarding cancellations and refunds for our marketing services.

1 General Refund Policy

At IdeaForge, we strive to provide the highest quality digital marketing services. However, due to the nature of our work (intellectual property, strategy time, and setup), our refund policy is structured as follows:

  • Service Fees are generally non-refundable. Once the billing cycle has started and our team has commenced work on your account (audit, strategy, or setup), the monthly fee is considered earned.
  • No refund for "Change of Mind". We allocate resources and schedule team members based on client commitments.

2 Ad Spend is Non-Refundable

Important Notice regarding Facebook/Meta Charges:

IdeaForge does not collect your ad spend. You pay advertising costs directly to the platform (e.g., Meta, Google). We cannot refund any money paid directly to third-party advertising platforms. We are not responsible for banned accounts or refused ads by the platform, and such events do not qualify for a refund of our service fees.

3 Cancellations

You may cancel your service subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide written notice at least 7 days before your renewal date.

If you cancel mid-month, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days.

4 Refund Exceptions

We may consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Double Billing: If a technical error causes you to be charged twice for the same invoice.
  • Failure to Deliver: If we fail to initiate the agreed-upon services (e.g., account setup or campaign launch) within 14 business days of receiving all necessary assets from you, without a valid reason.
