1 Introduction

Welcome to IdeaForge ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing our marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the Service.

2 Scope of Services

IdeaForge provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to Facebook Ads management, funnel optimization, and creative strategy. The specific deliverables for your project will be outlined in your service agreement or selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Performance).

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of leads or sales) as ad performance depends on various market factors.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any business model that violates advertising policies (e.g., prohibited substances, scams).

3 Fees and Payments

Service Fees: Clients agree to pay the monthly management fee associated with their chosen plan. Fees are billed in advance of the service month.

Ad Spend: The Client is solely responsible for paying all advertising costs directly to the ad platform (e.g., Meta/Facebook). IdeaForge's fees do not include ad spend.

Refunds: Services are non-refundable once the work for the billing cycle has commenced. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical errors in billing.

4 Client Responsibilities

To ensure campaign success, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary access to ad accounts, pages, and website backends (for pixel setup).
  • Provide high-quality images, videos, or brand assets required for creatives.
  • Respond to approval requests in a timely manner (delays may impact campaign launch dates).

5 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, any ad creatives, copy, or landing pages created by IdeaForge specifically for the Client become the Client's property upon full payment. IdeaForge retains the right to use anonymous case studies or aggregate data for self-promotional purposes.

6 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IdeaForge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7 Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice, unless a specific contract term states otherwise. Upon termination, access to IdeaForge proprietary tools or systems may be revoked, but the Client retains access to their own ad accounts.
